Responsibilities

1. Draw Mechanical & Mechanism drawings through relevant software such as AutoCAD & Solid Work for project design, planning & submission.
2. Provide recommendations to the Sales Team on proposing Audio-Visual Solutions to the clients.
3. Establishing control standards and procedures (SOP) for project deployments such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Solution Drawing, Deployment Checklist, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and Mechanical and Mechanism Drawing.
4. Conduct a quality check on the Audio-Visual solution proposal of the Sales Team before proposing/sending it to the clients.
5. Write technical specifications of the company house brand products and solutions. Translation of Mandarin to English.
6. Work closely with both Local and Chinese suppliers on Project Design, Production, Technical Specification, and Problem-Solving of Audio-Visual products and solutions
7. Work closely with internal project and technical team to ensure AV-IT systems installed in projects are in optimal performance achieving Customers’ satisfaction.
8. Work Conduct research; advise on, design, and direct production of Audio-Visual products and solutions; advise on and direct their functioning, maintenance, and repair; or study and advise on mechanical aspects of materials, products, or processes.
9. Conduct after-sales & problem-solving support on installed/deployed Audio-Visual products and solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Design Engineer with Fresh graduate or with working experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM AutoCAD & Solid Work software.
4. Experience in Mechanical design and drawing.
5. Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
6. Possess a good understanding of Audio Visual – IT products, AV Control systems, and system integration techniques.
7. Understand customers’ needs with the ability to innovate customer value propositions.
8. Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, MS Office software, and technology savvy.

Salary Package

1. Basic RM 3,000.00 – RM 4,000.00.
2. Allowances + Claims.
3. EPF, SOCSO, Medical & etc.
4. Performance Bonus each year based on performance.
