Responsibilities 

1. Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
2. Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
3. Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
4. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
5. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
6. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
7. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
8. Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
9. Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
10. Understanding of public relations.
11. Advanced communication skills.
12. Ability to quickly adapt to change.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Public Relations, Real Estate Management, Sociology.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
3. Strong ethics and reliability.
4. We are looking for a minimum of 8 weeks of commitment.

Allowance Package:

1. Basic RM 1,000.00
2. Extra incentives will be awarded based on performance.
3. Full-time positions will be offered after the internship.
