Responsibilities
- Perform installation, setup, testing, and basic configuration of Audio Visual systems and equipment
- Carry out cabling works including HDMI, audio, network, and power cabling
- Assist in TV wall mounting, projector installation, speaker installation, and equipment rack setup
- Support troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities
- Assist in onsite testing and commissioning works
- Prepare and submit Job Sheet Forms and service reports after work completion
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and company assets
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during onsite work
- Support warehouse preparation, equipment loading/unloading, and stock arrangement when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in AV industry is preferrable
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Audio Visual or IT industry will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in AV installation and cabling works is preferred
- Able to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel, work outstation, and overtime when required
