Job Overview

Geon Asia Systems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a digitally driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and expand our brand presence across both online and offline platforms. This role will be instrumental in executing integrated marketing strategies, managing content, coordinating with creative vendors, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and experienced in marketing operations, especially in the digital space, with a strong sense of ownership and performance focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, and the company website.
  • Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Manage corporate branding across all digital and printed materials, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Create and curate content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, sales kits, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools; provide data-driven improvements.
  • Liaise with outsourced graphic designers, videographers, and creative vendors to manage all marketing visuals, including:
  1. Social media artwork
  2. Product brochures
  3. Corporate presentation decks
  4. Event/project highlight videos
  5. Promotional banners, printed materials, and business profiles
  • Plan and coordinate company events, including internal functions, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to align messages and develop targeted content for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all designs and content strictly follow corporate branding guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and creative deliveries for the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content development.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiar with CRM/project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Experience coordinating with external creative partners or agencies.
  • Basic design/video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to handle multiple deadlines with a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially within AV, IT, or systems integration industries.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, content management systems, and digital analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.
