Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Sales Executive/Engineer to drive sales of audio-visual solutions and systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of AV-IT products with excellent sales skills to support customers, develop tailored solutions, and close deals across corporate, educational, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project sales from initiation through to completion.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers, consultants, and subcontractors on project requirements, contractual obligations, and technical matters.
• Attend and actively participate in all project coordination and progress meetings.
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are achieved and projects are completed on time.
• Handle payment collection, prepare progress claims, and submit invoices promptly.
• Manage project and service contracts with accurate and proper documentation.
• Perform additional duties or take on revised scopes of work as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project management, sales, or related roles. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
