Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our After-Sales & Technical Support team. This role is primarily focused on after-sales service delivery, ensuring that all commitments under the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are fulfilled and that clients receive the highest standard of technical support.
In addition to providing responsive after-sales support, this position will also be responsible for system configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and training. At times, the engineer may act as a resident engineer or engineer-in-charge for selected high-profile clients, serving as the dedicated technical point of contact.
